Our $120 maintenance visit covers a full system inspection: indoor and outdoor coil cleaning, refrigerant level verification, electrical contact and capacitor testing, thermostat calibration, condensate drain clearing, filter inspection and replacement guidance, and a visual inspection of ductwork and registers. You get a written report with the system's current condition and any issues we recommend addressing before they become problems.
